Well, it all started when I was around 7 years old. When I learned from my mom that you could do people's hair for a living I was absolutely thrilled. I knew then that was what I wanted to be. A hairstylist. After graduating from cosmetology school in 2007 at Pioneer Technology Center in Ponca City, Oklahoma my career in hair came to life. I started out in a very small town called Blackwell and have since worked my way up to where I am now, Edmond. It was a great experience at each of the salons that I worked at. I can honestly say that I've taken something away from each one. New hair techniques, better ways to serve the client, and the biggest one is being thankful. I am thankful for the support of my clients. Without my clients believing in me and trusting my skills I certainly wouldn't have this wonderful salon that I call "home". It is a great feeling to open the door of my salon knowing that my day is going to get off to a great start with the person that is about to sit in my chair. I am also thankful for the support of my friends and family. They said I could do it, so I did.
