When I see a client struggling about something, I've always wanted to help; Even when I'm with my clients you see me looking around and checking who needs help for anything. I was always stressed about the customer service. Someone asked me once, "why do you care? You're not the manager or the owner; for me, the quality, customer service and having a returning client is the most important thing in this campus... I've always talked to my clients about being in my bubble, guess what? It came true! Here I am in My Bubble (Studio), just them and I.
