Sola Salons Studios in Concord Willows Shopping Center

This location has 60 beautifully crafted brand-new salon suites. We have a variety of studios designed for: hair stylists, makeup artists, estheticians, nail techs, massage therapists, & lash techs.

We offer tenants:

- first 2 weeks free-rent

- painting the studio any color/s you'd like from Sherwin Williams

- free wifi & utilities (everything included in the weekly rent)

- personal door code for 24-7 access to the building

- full access to the kitchen & laundry facilities

- social media account linked up to the corporate website

We have corner studios, studios with exterior windows facing the shopping center, second floor more private studios, and extra-large double studios.

Our studios come furnished with all of the major equipment, so you can avoid the up-front costs and overhead fees associated with opening a traditional salon. We offer a full suite of high-end amenities with the support you need to be more successful. Each studio is equipped with the following:

- Shampoo bowl (or utility sink)
