Our Westminster location has 34 individual salon studios, perfect for hair stylists, estheticians, eyebrow artists, barbers, nail techs, and other professionals in the cosmetology industry. Our move-in-ready studios range in size from single suites to double suites (two chairs). Each studio has a shampoo bowl, cabinets, and shelving fixtures — everything you need to open your salon in no time!Sola Westminster is conveniently located off 120th Avenue and Federal Boulevard and is just a short 20-minute drive from Boulder and Downtown Denver. Nearby businesses include Caribou Coffee, Hana Matsuri Sushi, Elevate Grill & Bar and State Beauty Supply North. The location is also in close proximity to the Denver Premium Outlets, which includes Nike Factory Store, H&M, Old Navy and more. There is plenty of parking available for salon owners and customers.
