Thank you for your interest in Hair by Kayla Rosie! Run by Kayla Allen. Kayla has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2009. After graduating from DCC with her Associates she transferred to SUNY New Paltz at the same time she started working as an assistant at Nicole Brooke Salon in Cold Spring. From then she began her career behind the chair. Assisting, and continuing her education until finally taking a spot as a Junior Stylist and working he way up to Senior Stylist before her salon closed. After graduating from SUNY New Paltz with her Bachelors in 2014 she began focusing on growing her clientele and knowledge as a stylist. Since 2014 she has taken extensive classes from the Aveda Institute covering everything from haircuts to color, and balayage. She loves to be creative behind the chair, and help clients find new looks that excite them! Opening up her own space in May 2021 at Sola, Kayla hopes to bring a unique experience to everyone who sits in her chair. Being In a One on One setting will allow her to give you, the client, her full attention and really focus on your wants. Kayla wants everyone to leave her studio feeling like a new person, beaming with confidence and beauty.
