Hi! My name is Lindsey! I am a registered nurse, with a passion for aesthetic medicine.
My journey began in dermatology. I spent years learning from some of the most reputable and educated providers on the east coast. During that time, I learned that so many skin conditions, as well as signs of aging, can be remedied with simple, preventative care measures. For a more well rounded, aesthetic medicine experience, I transitioned into plastic surgery, and had the opportunity to work with some amazing surgeons. A key concept I took from my time in Plastics, is that there is no magic wand or one stop solution-- it takes time and dedication! After taking that time to optimize my aesthetic skills/knowledge, I had finally arrived at a place where I was eager for another challenge. I wanted to be the best, professionally, that I could be. That required me to step far outside of my comfort zone, and into Cardiovascular ICU.
In CVICU, I sharpened my assessment skills, faced my fears and gained confidence in practice.
Throughout my career, I have been honored with national patient safety awards, nominated for three daisy awards, and pioneered the hospital annual safety 'best catch' award-- as a result of my meticulous practice standards. Standards that I hold myself to, as well as peers.
I spent time, like most medical professionals, taking care of COVID patients during the pandemic. Critical care COVID and Cardiovascular ICU have helped me grow exponentially as well as humbled me.
In this new chapter, I am taking the time to get back to something lighter, and have some fun. I hope to help others with their skincare goals, to have fun with their looks via minimally invasive, semi permenant procedures and promote self care, everyday. I am always striving to improve, be knowledgeable about trends ans products and I never shy away from a challenge. Come meet me and challenge yourself to be the most confident version of you!
