Hair by Priss is owned and operated by Cicely J. Martin, a native of Greenwood, South Carolina. During high school, Cicely knew her passion and decided to pursue a career in Cosmetology. Long before Cicely graduated high school, she had obtained her South Carolina Cosmetology License. Cicely worked for Great Clips for 8 years before she decided to spread her wings and take her business to a new level. In 2016, Cicely migrated to Charlotte, North Carolina where Hair by Priss came alive and Priss K was born. During her time in Charlotte, Cicely also continued to pursue her education where she obtained her Associate’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Strayer University. Soin Des Cheveux by Priss is a professional natural hair care line specializing in aiding clients to develop healthy hair growth. Since 2015, Hair by Priss has been entrusted to maintaining the overall health of her client’s hair.
