I knew from the age of eight that I wanted to be a hairstylist. Hair just came to me naturally. I’ve always had a creative eye. I can remember cutting and coloring my friend’s hair in middle school and giving bang trims to other students in the school bathroom. As I grew older, my friends and family strongly encouraged me to peruse a career in the hair industry and I couldn’t wait to get started! So, at the age of 16 I started beauty school through the Clark County Skill Center program. Shortly after high school I completed beauty school and started working immediately. I have been in the industry for almost 12 years. Being a hairstylist is the only job I’ve ever had and I absolutely love it! I am a great listener and never want to stop learning. I think that has carried me far in this industry. I want to make sure every client of mine feels heard, respected and walks out with not only what they were looking for, but some easy tips to recreate their new look.
