  • ¾ cup pineapple juice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 3 pitted dates soaked overnight in water

High Powered Protein

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds

  • ¼ cup spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder

Green Goddess

  • 1.5 cups apple juice
  • 1 cored apple
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 large leaf of kale with stem removed

Berry Bliss

  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 5 frozen strawberries
  • 5 frozen blackberries
  • 20 frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup raw cashews
