Hi! My name is Anna Leto I’m from Wanaque ,New Jersey and I’m 23. Don’t let my age fool you, I’ve been in the industry for 7 years now! I come from a long background of hairstylists, I’m talking grandmother ,mother, aunts,cousins and -in laws. With that being said I, for as long as I can remember have been immersed in this industry and loved every second. Whether it be watching family members, or now going to classes ,watching videos ,and even my talented coworkers. Since I knew early on in life this was my path, I got my degree in high school at Morris County School of Technology and have been educating myself since. I started officially working in a salon in high school and haven’t stopped. Along the way I’ve been able to work with some extremely talented artists and educators including people from Magic Sleek, Schwarzkopf, & Bella’s Way. I love working with blondes and creative color but my most favorite specialty is working with adults of different abilities . My goal at Grit & Glamour is to create an atmosphere where you feel at home to feel your most beautiful. Coming to the salon isn’t always easy it takes quite a bit of grit, but once you make the time I assure you will feel glamorous!!
