I am a Hair Artist with 8 years of experience in coloring, cuts, extensions, and hair design. While I’m passionate about everything behind the chair, creative color really makes my heart sing. I’ve always been drawn to what is considered “strange” or “unusual”, and I enjoy art that makes you do a double take.

When I’m not behind the chair, I enjoy being an Independent Educator. I love being able to help other stylists grow their business and connecting with other artists..

I travel multiple times a year to educational events to keep up with current trends. In 2019, I was a finalist in two categories in the national CosmoProf Licensed to Create Awards and worked multiple events with leading brands in the industry.

My creative space, Drop Dead Headz, is an edgy salon with a relaxing atmosphere. I chose the name because it represents my goal that my clients feel “drop dead gorgeous” when they leave my chair. My salon is my home away from home and I value my guests’ experiences as much as the relationships I build with them. In August of this year, my salon was nominated in the top 5 in the world at the Behind The Chair One Shot Hair Awards, the largest international award show in the beauty industry. The competition had over 300,000 entries from 30 different countries, so being in the top 5 is an incredible honor.

It really is a gift to wake up every day and be excited to go to work, and be so passionate about what you do that it sets your soul on fire. The beauty industry has evolved enormously since I began 8 years ago. Back then I had no idea about the opportunities this amazing career path could bring, and how rewarding it could be. I believe I have the best job in the world and I want to use my passion to ignite the fire in others.
