Maya was born in Boston, MA and moved to the Raleigh area at the age of 4. She fell in love with hair early on when spending time with her aunt in the salon, as well as doing her friends prom hair in highschool. After starting her cosmetology career, she quickly found a passion for blonding and extension, but most importantly, the love of making people feel beautiful.
