The majority of my 14 year career as a hairstylist, I worked in a small shop operating much like an independent contractor. I'm already quite accustomed with managing finances for tax purposes, the purchasing of equipment and products, and of course maintaining a professional yet personal relationship with my clients. However, I have learned so much more throughout the process of opening Elixir Hair Studio. My passion for having a thriving career has been reinvigorated, and I have seen what it truly takes to begin a business, instilling a new found respect for successful hair salon owners. I strive to provide my clients with a comfortable, classy environment, and top notch service and results. Some of my favorite services to perform are bald fade men's cuts, the always chic inverted bob, foil and free hand lightening services, and vivid fantasy colors or as I like to call it, mermaid hair. I think I enjoy these most because they challenge my skills and techniques constantly. I learn something from each customer and incorporate new things whenever possible.
