Carly Fellows has been active in the beauty industry for 6 years. Before joining the industry, she attended DeAnza College where she earned her AA in Social Behavioral Sciences. To blend her passion for people and cultures with her love of art and design, she decided to join the beauty industry in 2011. As an apprentice to a master stylist in Willow Glen, she excelled in color correction and balayage. Since becoming licensed, she has kept up with her education in the industry and continues to take classes through Matrix and Pravana.

Carly has worked in an established salon on Lincoln ave, and moved to a quaint studio salon in Willow Glen. With an ever-expanding client base she needed a salon that could accommodate her growth. She has decided to explore new opportunities at Sola Salons and expand and diversify her clientele.

One thing to know about Carly is that she is a huge animal lover. You will find that all products used and for retail purchase are cruelty-free, meaning that they are not tested on animals, which includes Pravana, IGK, Malibu and Amika. Products are also vegan whenever possible. The salon studio has a very fresh and clean aesthetic which carries through to her hairstyling as well. Carly’s mission in the beauty industry is to give her clients the color they crave without sacrificing the health of their hair and the health of the environment. She has photoshoot and bridal makeup artistry experience and uses cruelty-free brands including TooFaced. Carly has a large repertoire of styling skills; ranging of the traditional shampoo-and-set, to the most intricate balayage ombre, and all cutting and styling in between.

She is currently taking new clients.
