If you’re new here, welcome! My name is Courtney and I’m the owner of SkinArt By LeAnne (LeAnne being my middle name).

I have been doing Permanent Makeup since November, 2023 in the heart of Temecula, Ca! This is a beautiful city I’ve grown to love and grow my business!

Originally from Northern California, my family and I have been in Temecula for over 3 years now. I’m happily married to a Fire Captain who works in Temecula as well. When he’s out saving lives and tending to burning houses, I’m home tending to our two children, tarantula, and 2 cats! Our favorite family pastime is going to Disneyland! We go often so if you ever see me there, come say hi!

You will find me located at the Sola Salon at the Promenade Mall. I’m located inside Suite 3. I specialize in permanent makeup including microblading, combo brows, powder brows, as well as lip tattooing AKA lip blushing! I offer free consultations and will address any areas of concern during our consultation. We will also go over your brow/lip goals including shape, and color. I offer many shades of inks for both lips and brows. Each client will be sent home with an aftercare bag and receive aftercare products according to the service they’ve received. Each bag includes aftercare instructions, healing balm, soap, and a goodie! This will be given after the service is completed!
