I am BACK! After 15 years in Advertising/Marketing sales, I have decided to come back to my passion and first love-HAIR & MAKEUP! I left the cosmetology industry over 25 years ago and look forward to offering blow dry styles, cut and imagery with eilerej Blowout Designs & Imagery! Affairs like, ‘work ready” hair, special occasion, weekly blowout, cut of choice and or makeup for that special look. I am here for you. I brand myself as a blowout hair design and imagery salon and that is it! No color..No perms…just building an image for you with you!
Eilerej was first born in 1991, as a Salon Owner I created image with hair cut, color and style. A Freelance Makeup Artist which took me to a top position with Revlon. I trained and advised 12 beauty advisors on selling, consulting, coordinated, choreographed and performed as a Makeup artist for in-store events for Carson Pier Scott and Boston Store.
Fast forward 25 years to now and I am thrilled to be back in the industry and in the family of Sola Salon Studios. I have built myself back with extensive training; Vidal Sassoon in Chicago, Big Sexy Hair, Kevin Murphy, Wella to name a few. I am thrilled to offer a line from Italy; DAVINES!! A “style assistant” for the perfect blowout design! A men’s grooming line; Lock Stock & Barrel from London. I have met several artists along my years, past and present. I have had the honors to be introduced to Oscar Bond, Paul Mitchell Artist Team, Paul Mitchell himself ;), Sebastian Artistic Team, and Trevor Sorbie who inspired the artist I am today.
At 18 I attended, Universal Academy of Hair Design in Milwaukee in 1984 for cosmetology. Graduating with top honors, winning several hair competition awards in local Hair Style Shows and worked as a model in the Sebastian Spring Hair Show 1998. I was head Esthetician, makeup artist and hair stylist at Kendall & Company in Mequon. I wanted to excel and challenge my artistic ability with a top rated salon in the Milwaukee area and held a hair stylist position at Studio 890 in Elm Grove, WI. I was fortunate to assist with Milwaukee Magazine photographers on photo shoots as a makeup artist. Wanting to branch out my artistic ability by working with more makeup and skin care. I held a position at JcPenney, Brookfield Square and performed as Cosmetic/Skin Care Advisor/Freelance Makeup Artist educating and selling general beauty enthusiasts in a department store setting. I won several awards exceeding sales selling Fernand Aubry from Paris. Writing in store articles on fashion and beauty tips, took me to coordinating and Emcee for fashion shows in Brookfield Square 1989.
I look forward to seeing you soon!
