Erica Williams graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2012 and a Reiki Master since 2017. She travels domestically & abroad to learn new massage & energy work techniques to bring back to offer her clients in the Greater Nashville area. As a self proclaimed "Muscle & Energy Whisper", she applies her unique and exceptional knowledge of massage, energy work, and movement therapies into an integrative healing experience. Erica's specialties include Swedish Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Hot Bamboo Massage, Cupping Massage, Thai Massage, Reiki Treatments and Sound Therapy.

Erica was fantastic! It was the first time I had visited the center. I had lots of questions about Reiki. She answered them all. I had a therapeutic message with an energy work session. Erica is amazing!! I have had an issue with my lower back being very very tight! Not only do her massages really help, her knowledge and different techniques really make me feel like I am Really getting what I am paying for! Her room is beautiful and relaxing and her SPIRIT is so kind. You can tell she really loves what she does.
