Ernie Baccam graduated from Iowa School of Beauty in 2000. He started his career as a hair stylist and colorist at Rick Mosley Hair until 2017, before deciding to venture out on his own and opening his own studio at Sola. Ernie took the opportunity to study at the Redken Exchange in New York and obtain techniques with a renowned global educator from France. Ernie’s fantastic color work has been featured in DSM Magazine, through a feature story that also touched on his own “lucky grey streak”. Change is a revolving cycle in the hair industry, and Ernie continues to stay on top of current trends and techniques through attending continuing education classes across the country. Ernie feels most rewarded when he provides his satisfied clients with the most current styles of the season.
