Sofia Martin (she/her) is a certified electrolysis, who has graduated from Berkowits School of Electrolysis, in Queens, NY. She uses an FDA-approved Apilus machine to provide the most comfortable and effective treatments for her clients. 

Electrolysis is the only FDA-approved form of permanent-hair-removal. It is done by inserting a small probe into the hair follicle and sending a current through the probe to destroy the papilla, which grows hair. The hair is then removed with tweazers. 

Sofia is the only out trans woman practicing electrolysis in Pittsburgh. And she started this practice to serve the trans and queer community.
