Joy is extremely passionate about education. She believes that with continuing education, she not only empowers herself, but she empowers every client with the tools they need to create the salon look at home.
Certifications and advanced trainings at numerous locations across the US, including the REDKEN Exchange on 5th Avenue in New York City has given Joy the ability to completely understand and create looks you love.Joy is a former Redken educator of nearly 10 years and now a part of the education team with Arrojo, training other stylists on new trends, techniques, and new technology. She has also had the opportunity to work fashion week in New York. She has been published in a Redken Shades anniversary book for a professional stylist for her color expertise, as well as photoshoot work in Las Vegas.
