District Blend is a private studio offering cutting, coloring, makeup, formal styling, facial waxing, and eyebrow tinting. Owner and Stylist, Julie Solomon has been in the industry for 10 years. After obtaining her cosmetology license she went on to train in London. She worked on a cruise ship traveling internationally, for one of the largest spa companies in the world. She studied in New York at The Brocato NYC Academy. She spent 5 years specializing in formal hair and makeup for weddings and special events. Most recently she trained and became certified in Xtreme Lashes. Julie has had work published in Up North Bride Magazine and Belle The Magazine for her bridal hairstyling. She is looking forward to continuing her education and meeting new clients. She is eager to exceed her clients expectations and help them to achieve their beauty goals.
