After decades of building my career, honing my skills, and partnering with a loyal clientele, I decided to take the leap and open my own salon. Here I have created a warm environment that fosters my greatest creativity and allows me to continue to build lasting relationships with the people I serve.

Decades in the Making

Ever since I first picked up a pair of shears at the age of 14, my passion for creating stunning hair styles has only grown stronger. With a cosmetology license in hand fresh out of high school, I embarked on an exciting journey in the world of beauty.

My career kicked off at one of the first day spas in Phoenixville where I jumped in with both hands and my newly purchased professional blow dryer. There I developed a deep appreciation for tailoring styles to suit each unique individual as well as the importance of making each client feel special and unique. Seeking new challenges and eager to expand my horizons, I made the leap to the Main Line, where I had the privilege of working at many of the area's premier salons and day spas.

Style: It's More than Just Skill

Over the years, I've strived to stay ahead of the curve and deliver styles that are not just on trend, but perfectly suited to each of my diverse clientele. Like with any profession, continuing to learn and hone my craft has always been an integral part of my approach. This included training at The Redken Exchange on 5th Ave in New York City. This experience not only sharpened my approach and eye for great style, but also opened doors to exciting opportunities. For two exhilarating years, I served as a Redken Performing Artist, sharing my knowledge through regional and in-salon classes across the tri-state area. Additionally, I've had the pleasure of working behind the scenes at prestigious fashion shows, where creativity knows no bounds.

In 2011, I became Brazilian Blowout certified, adding another dimension to my repertoire, and allowing me to offer my clients even more options for achieving their desired look. I am deliberate in staying ahead of industry trends and continue to attend workshops, conferences, and seminars.

The Products I Use: Performance & Purpose

After diving deep into research, attending classes, and putting products to the test, I happily settled on the KEVIN.MURPHY hair color and product line for my salon. It just clicked for me. What really sealed the deal for me is the fact that their color line is completely free of harsh chemicals like ammonia and PPD. Did you know that Para-phenylenediamine (PPD) is the most common component of hair-dyes and have been associated with cancer? And here's the best part—they're never tested on animals. As a bit of a hippie at heart, this aspect really spoke to me.
