Lila is one of the owners and stylist of Shears n’ Foils Hair Studio. She has been in the industry for 13 years, from stylist to managing salons, to salon owner, she has loved every part of her journey in this career. Lila pretty much loves everything about doing hair, from blunt bobs to long layered rainbow hair she pretty much does it all, but her specialty would have to be in high maintenance and lived in blondes. Her services are all about customization, no two heads of hair are alike, so she ensures that each client has a customized game plan to achieve their desired look while ensuring to keep the integrity of the hair. Her philosophy on client experience is to treat others the way THEY want to be treated. Meaning she will always stay in tune to your wants and needs to ensure that you leave the salon feeling your absolute best inside and out! On Lila’s free time, she may be hanging out with her husband or her fur babies. She also may be out singing karaoke with her girlfriends. Summer is her absolute favorite season. She spends majority of her days off in the summer chilling on her paddle board, floating the river or fishing at the lake.
