After matriculating with honors from Hampton University, Shay worked over 12 years in Child Protective Services before "taking a leap of faith" and pursuing her childhood dream of becoming a salon owner, owning a beauty boutique and having her work featured in magazines. Shay managed Pro-Visions Headquarters, LLC in Petersburg for over 12 years before relocating to Sola Salons in Chester in April 2014. She is super excited about the limitless possibilities for expansion in this community and beyond.
