Building relationships with people and making them feel and look their best.” Susan has been a professional hairstylist/colorist since 2004, caring for clients in the salon, while also making time for advanced education. She has received training from numerous institutions, including Vidal Sassoon, Wella, Oribe, R+Co, Nick Arrojo, and many more. While training at the Wella Studio, in NYC, she received her Wella Master Colorist Certification. Susan feels that it is highly important to thrive in her craft, to continue to learn new techniques, and to progress with the different trends. During her free time, Susan loves spending time with her husband, Chris, and their three dogs, Cooper, Remy, and Alfie. Her hobbies include calligraphy/handlettering, reading, and photography. Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment please provide, atleast, 48 hours notice. In doing so, this allows time for other clients to schedule. If a client consistently cancels their appointment the day of, or no shows without calling, future appointments will need to be prepaid and are non-refundable. Confirmation calls, texts, and/or email reminders are a courtesy, it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment whether you receive a courtesy call/text/email or not. *LATE ARRIVALS* If you arrive late, your appointment may be modified to accommodate clients whose appointments follow yours.
